Webtor Documentation
Version: 0.9.1 pre alpha 2 (25.5.95)
This is the first official documentation for Webtor. And it's
under construction
Getting Started
Future Plans
- if you mark a text like http://www.igd.fhg.de/~neuss/webtor/webtor.html
and convert it to an anchor the HREF attribute will be set to
the marked text.
- better support of lists
- shows ordered lists with numbers or other counter not longer
with bullets
- diallows deleting of bullets, at the moment it«s an editable
text (Ups!!) :-(
- Insert elements after lists. At the moment there is no proper
solution. HTML allows to insert an paragraph <P> in a list
<LI> or after the closing </UL>. The editor don«t
know what do you want to do.
- Find a better solution to copy simple text (plain ascii) may
be with inline formating and complex structure copy
- Sometimes the document structure has to be simplify like: <B>bold
and</B><B> another bold text</B><I></I>
why italic ?...
- May be some days a faster screen refresh (redraw only changed
lines)...
- And another important and useful stuff. (BTW.: I«m looking
for a program called day doubler, may be this will help ;-) )
Known Bugs
- The cursor refresh after deleting lines is sometimes incorrect
- Cursor Refresh nach löschen von Zeilen nicht immer korrek
- the parsing of CR in preformatted text is wrong
- every other thing that won«t work --- it's not a bug, it's
a feature ;-)

Final last words
Thank you for using this tool. It«s my first programm written
on the Macintosh and it seems to that the are some people who
really like it. Have fun :-) and (-:
